Security Architecture
This Institutional Security Architecture, Cryptographic Standards Charter, and Responsible Disclosure Policy defines the defense-in-depth technical safeguards, infrastructure controls, and risk allocations governing Orlyn (the enterprise technology and artificial intelligence telecommunications division of Vyuhavarahi) and its founder Suchir Reddy.
No cloud network, telecommunications protocol, or cryptographic suite is 100% impenetrable. Orlyn, Vyuhavarahi, and Suchir Reddy disclaim all liability under contract, tort, strict liability, and statute for zero-day CVE exploits, upstream cloud provider breaches (AWS, Cloudflare, Twilio, OpenAI), distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) events, or client-side credential compromises.
Pursuant to the landmark rulings of the Supreme Court of India (Sunil Bharti Mittal v. CBI), founder Suchir Reddy holds zero personal liability for security occurrences or system downtime. All agreements and technical operations exist exclusively with corporate legal entity Vyuhavarahi. Clients are legally estopped from naming Suchir Reddy individually.
Performing unauthorized penetration tests, automated vulnerability scans, or denial-of-service tests against Orlyn infrastructure is strictly prohibited and constitutes an actionable cyber offense under Section 43 & 66 of the IT Act, 2000. Initiating unauthorized lawsuits, extortionate bug bounty demands, or public leak allegations triggers UNCAPPED / INFINITE DISCRETIONARY DAMAGES AT COMPANY'S SOLE WISH ($100,000 USD / ₹10,000,000 INR minimum floor) plus non-bailable criminal prosecution.
1. Institutional Security Posture & Corporate Governance Scope
This Institutional Security Architecture and Vulnerability Disclosure Charter (“Security Policy”) outlines the defense-in-depth principles, infrastructure safeguards, and regulatory controls executed across all digital touchpoints, API endpoints, voice telephony microservices, and staging repositories maintained by Orlyn (the enterprise technology and artificial intelligence telecommunications division of corporate entity Vyuhavarahi) and founder Suchir Reddy.
Security Objective: To establish zero-trust access boundaries, cryptographic privacy for client communications, and complete risk isolation while ensuring that Orlyn, Vyuhavarahi, and Suchir Reddy are insulated from civil damages or malicious cyber weaponization.
2. Defense-in-Depth Cryptographic Architecture & Transmission Safeguards
Orlyn enforces strict cryptographic protection across all layers of network transit, data storage, and session authentication:
- Data in Transit: 100% of web traffic, API webhooks, and client portal sessions are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / TLS 1.2 minimum) with Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS), modern cipher suites (ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256), and HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long-duration max-age headers.
- Data at Rest: Internal application state, database backups, and staging storage volumes utilize Advanced Encryption Standard with 256-bit keys (AES-256-GCM), managed via Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and cloud Key Management Services (AWS KMS / Google Cloud KMS).
- Zero Plaintext Storage: Production passwords, webhook signing secrets, and third-party API tokens are hashed using salted cryptographic algorithms (bcrypt / Argon2id) and never stored in raw plaintext.
3. Ephemeral AI Telephony & Real-Time Audio Streaming Security
Orlyn custom voice agents and telephony microservices handle low-latency conversational audio using specialized streaming protocols:
All voice audio packets exchanged between telecommunications carriers and speech recognition engines are secured via Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP) with DTLS key negotiation.
Ephemeral In-Memory Processing: Ingested audio streams are held transiently in volatile RAM only for the milliseconds required to compute tokens and synthesize responses. Audio buffers are discarded immediately following utterance completion, ensuring zero long-term audio exposure on Orlyn edge servers.
4. Multi-AZ Cloud Infrastructure, Edge Defense & Boundary Protections
Orlyn leverages tier-1 cloud infrastructure providers certified under SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI-DSS Level 1 (including AWS, Supabase, Cloudflare, and Vercel):
- Cloudflare Edge Defense: All public traffic is scrubbed through Cloudflare enterprise edge networks, providing automated Web Application Firewall (WAF) filtering, rate-limiting, Layer 3/4/7 DDoS mitigation, and bot detection.
- VPC Isolation & Private Subnets: Core application logic, database instances, and internal microservices run within isolated Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) with zero public ingress access, reachable strictly via authenticated internal tunnels.
5. Third-Party Foundation Model Sandboxing & Model Vendor Boundaries
Orlyn architectures connect to external foundation model inference APIs (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and Groq):
No Model Training on Client Data: API integrations utilize commercial enterprise endpoints governed by terms stating that prompts, call transcripts, and customer inputs are not retained or utilized to train or fine-tune public foundation models.
Vendor Disclaimers: Orlyn, Vyuhavarahi, and Suchir Reddy bear zero liability for model hallucinations, upstream API degradation, token rate-limiting, or security incidents occurring within the autonomous infrastructure of third-party model providers.
6. Identity, Secrets Management & Principle of Least Privilege
Administrative access to cloud consoles, deployment pipelines, and database clusters is guarded by multi-layered identity governance:
- FIDO2 / Hardware MFA: All administrative engineering accounts require mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) utilizing hardware security keys or authenticator TOTP apps. SMS-based MFA is strictly barred.
- Environment Variable Encapsulation: Production credentials, database connection strings, and webhook signing keys are injected strictly at runtime via encrypted environment variable managers and never committed to source code repositories.
7. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Static Analysis & CI/CD Guardrails
Software built by Orlyn adheres to rigorous continuous integration and automated static analysis workflows:
- Automated Dependency Auditing: Every build pipeline executes automated vulnerability scanning (npm audit, Dependabot, Snyk) to detect vulnerable open-source dependencies before code reaches staging.
- Branch Protection & Peer Code Review: Direct commits to production branches are blocked; all code additions require pull request reviews and automated linting/type-checking verification.
8. Zero Infallibility Warranty, Zero-Day CVE Disclaimer & Cyber Attack Immunity
COMPLETE DISCLAIMER OF SECURITY INFALLIBILITY:
CLIENT EXPRESSLY STIPULATES AND AGREES THAT CUSTOM CODE, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PIPELINES, TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS, AND CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE ARE INHERENTLY COMPLEX AND EXPERIMENTAL.
